Valladolid Latin Concert

Last night I went to Valladolid which is about a 2 1/2 hours drive from Plasencia. I went with my host sister, host mum and host aunty because there was a massive music concert there. There were 7 very famous spanish groups performing. The concert started at 7.30pm and finished just after 4am. It was a great night and when the songs came on that I knew it was even better. Although it got very cold after midnight it was still alot of fun and had a very good turn out too with over 23 thousand people.

Camping with Bach 1

Well I just got back from Camp this afternoon and am very tired.

I had so much fun!

It was only for 2 nights but was great.

We left on Wednesday night and when we arrived we went absailing and then had dinner followed by a night of games. At about 1-2am we all went out into the country and danced and drank and talked etc etc. None of us slept all night and so we were all very tired on the Thursday when we had to go to an obstacle course. That was the best part I thought although one of the boys had a diabetic fit and that was extremely scary to watch. After lunch we all relaxed for an hour or so then we had an afternoon of activities for example: kayaking, horse riding, mountain biking etc. Then it was another big night in the country except it began to rain so we all found shelter somewhere in the campsite. None of us made it through the night very well, we were all dead from the night before. I hit the pillow at 3am.

On the Friday we all got up and went to a little town to the bars and just chilled there until we were all ready to come home. It was a great way to end the term!

Well Overall it was so much fun and I got to know heaps of people.

NOt So BoRinG WeeKenD....

TODAY I HAVE BEEN IN PLASENCIA, SPAIN FOR 4 MONTHS.

On Friday night I went shopping with one of my fashionable friends :) , then met up with some of my other friends and went to have dinner at one of their houses, then we went to a park and just talked until 11.30pm when I met up with Lorena and her friends and we went home. On Saturday we had to get up super early because Lorena had swimming in Caceres and we went and watched her. At about 3pm we came home and I went to Nazas house with Bea, Ale && Tacha.. We decided it would be really fun to dress up as pop stars and walk to all our friends houses... Yea kinda like dressups hahaha(immature but fun).. We had face paint, microphones, everything... :):):)

The only sad thing was they were all going out at night but Lorena and myself were stuck at home because Lorena had swimming yet again on the Sunday. We got home from swimming at about 1pm and just chillaxed at home...We didn't even go to the park with our friends because Lorena had to study.. :(

Next Saturday we are going to a big music concert with 7 very famous Spanish groups. Should be fun! I have been learning most of the songs haha :D

Ferias is on the 4-9 June, Going to be amazing and there will definatly be alot of pictures on here!!!

LOre, MAria && UPes Confirmation!

* I have been here for nearly 4 months, Man time is going way too fast*

I havent updated this blog for a while because I have taken no pictures but last night was Lorena, Upe & Marias Confirmation. All of the girl friends wore dresses or skirts. It was a great night and definatly needed the camera. I bought a black dress with a red jacket. We first went to the church then we all went back to our house for dinner and then at midnight we met everyone at the Plaza and followed on to botellon. We stayed at botellon until 2.30 am then we went to the pubs until 6am. Most of us wanted to stay later but we were all sleeping at Ale's and she wanted to go home. Obviously none of us had an hour to be home so yea it was pretty fun! Well here are some photos of our night...

Yesterday I also got my hair cut. Its really short but will be great for the summer. I also got a slight fringe because everyone in Spain has some kind of fringe it's insane.
