SUMMER TIME

Its really hot here, getting into the early 40's some days :S

We go to the pool every afternoon from 3-4 onwards.

Its alot of fun :)

Recently the pool in Plasencia has been closed because something went wrong with the filter therefore lately we have been going to El Cuatro which is a pool about 5 kilometres out of Plasencia and thats alot of fun too.

Today we are off to a river called 18 which is 18 kiometres out of Plasencia.

Well .. Im on holidays now. Started last week and finish in Mid September :)

Nothing else too exciting is happening here

FERIAS 2008

Well Ferias is an annual party that happens for 5 days once a year. From June 4-9 was the ferias of my city Plasencia. On Wednesday we went out at night to the attractions, to watch the fireworks and to look around the fun fair. On Thursday at 11am we met up with our friends outside school and went to a bar to drink something. At 2.30 we walked to the fruente- meeting place and met with all our friends from the other schools then we went to the canas. Canas are pubs, its like saturday night but in the day. Really cool. Then at about 9.30pm we went home, had dinner, rested, showered and at midnight we went to botellon which is drinking on the street until about 2-3am after this we went to the berrocal which is where the attractions were. We decided it wouldnt be a very good idea to ride on the rides after drinking so we went into the tent and danced all night. We had to be home by 6am. We went to bed and woke up at 2pm and then repeated the day. This was repeated for 5 days but our hours changed, on Thursday and Friday we had to be home at 6am but on Saturday we didnt have an hour and we came home at 9am hahaha.... then on Sunday we got a taxi home at 5.30am.Ferias was soooooo much fun! I loved it. It was full on party party party..!!!

Our group made singlets at said 'Lo Mejor esta por dentro' and on the back it said our names and a number. We also bought some cheap shoes and painted them the same.

I wish Ferias was in New Zealand.
